Our recommendations are based on professional analysis, but business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including implementation by the client. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, rankings or any specific result.
03Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, the access reasonably needed to deliver the services, and timely feedback. Implementation decisions remain your responsibility.
04Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set in each proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered.
